About Mulberry Leaf Tea
Mulberry Leaf Tea (Sang Ye Cha) is made from the leaves of the white mulberry tree. How to Prepare Mulberry Leaf Tea
Ingredients:

- 300ml water
Preparation Method:

- Place leaves in a teapot or cup
- Heat water to about 90°C
- Pour hot water over the leaves
- Steep for 5-7 minutes and strain
