How to Prepare Eye Health Tea

Ingredients:

  • 3g dried chrysanthemum flowers
  • 5g goji berries
  • 3g cassia seeds
  • 2g mulberry leaves
  • Optional: honey to taste
  • 300ml water

Preparation Method:

  1. Rinse all ingredients briefly
  2. Place all ingredients in a teapot or cup
  3. Heat water to about 90°C
  4. Pour hot water over the herbs
  5. Steep for 5-7 minutes
  6. Strain and enjoy warm

Recommended Dosage:
